<p>You will be mainly involved in Driver Growth projects for our operations in Sumqayit, while also actively contributing to other relevant strategic areas, such as Riders, Fleets, Branding, etc.</p>

<p><title><strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong></title><br><bulletpoints></p>

<li><point><strong>Monitoring daily KPIs and performance</strong> of local operational processes, with a focus on strong operational execution and results.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Analysing data</strong> – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities</strong> on a local level that may impact the business or the team</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Collaborating with the Operations Manager</strong> on city and countrywide projects.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Welcoming and onboarding driver partners</strong> - you will be the first person they meet, ensuring their training, profile creation, and keeping their documents up to date. You will play a key role in their success from day one.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Hands-on supply management</strong> - working autonomously and taking initiatives with your team to ensure the best experience for our drivers & partners, through the stages of drivers acquisition, conversion and activation.</point></li>

<li> <point>You have a <strong>data-driven mindset</strong>, you approach problems methodically & have <strong>2-3 years of experience in an analytical position</strong>.</point></li>
<li><point>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in <strong>English and Azerbaijani.</strong></point></li>
<li><point>You are skilled in data analysis using tools like <strong>Excel/Google Sheets</strong>.</point></li>
<li><point>You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently.</point></li>
<li><point>You are a <strong>team player</strong> who builds positive relationships with colleagues, while also being <strong>customer-oriented</strong> and adept at using feedback to improve services/ensure supply growth.</point></li>
