We are currently hiring for Level 1.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Program, load, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment</li> <li>Execute administrative and asset maintenance tasks across the factory, including equipment repair, calibration schedules, cycle counts, consumables stocking, and similar</li> <li>Perform material management tasks, including receipt, movement, and shipping</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized production area</li> <li>Safely handle chemicals and chemical processing equipment&nbsp;</li> <li>Help develop and optimize production processes and procedures</li> <li>Support safe operations, conformance to requirements, and on time delivery of hardware</li> <li>Abide by all procedures and instructions with specific attention to correct use of PPE and awareness of potential hazards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail and safety focused mindset</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, engineers, and leadership</li> <li>Passion for manufacturing and willingness to learn</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills/Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working from controlled documentation such as procedures, drawings, etc.</li> <li>Proficiency with Windows and mobile platforms for task tracking</li> <li>Experience working in an industrial manufacturing company, a precision manufacturing company, or high-volume manufacturing company</li> <li>Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining industrial equipment</li> <li>Experience operating a pallet jack, forklift, and other related logistics equipment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed</li> <li>Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down stairs, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position</li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted</li> <li>Must be able to climb ladders and stairs</li> <li>Must be willing to operate a pallet jack, forklift, and other related logistics equipment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Summary Pay Range</strong></p> <p>Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline.
