<p><strong>As a Floor Leader, you:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Your day to day:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead your team to ensure our service model comes to life in-store </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Zone, prioritize and delegate tasks for team members in zones based on the needs of the business</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Set goals for your team while coaching and motivating to drive results on the sales floor and provide in the moment feedback to team members</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perform hourly reads and update the team on current business goals and results</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Celebrate successes and share recognition within the team when results are achieved</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Share business results and anecdotal feedback with the leadership team</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Back Of House Organization:</strong><br>• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom that is easy to navigate while protecting key items closest to the sales floor<br>• Oversee the stockroom operations and hold the team accountable to meet productivity goals<br>• Support supply procurement and ensure appropriate on-hand quantities.<br>• In charge of store technology, inclusive of device maintenance and team communication and training.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><strong>Inventory Management:</strong><br>• Support inventory integrity through managing inbound and outbound transfers, performing weekly cycle counts, and<br>send-outs. Follow procedures for damages, donations, returns, and other product issues that could jeopardize<br>inventory integrity<br>• Share feedback on inventory-related issues<br>• Support in-store replenishment and size integrity on the shop floor, and communicates sell through concerns as<br>necessary.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><strong>Product Expert:</strong><br>• Support monthly product flow, visual adjustments, and in-store signage.<br>• Support the maintenance of the store’s presentation standards and leads the applicable training<br>• Responsible for being our in-store product expert; train Team Members on new launch details, hero/superhero<br>products, design inspiration and suggest ways to style</span></p>
<p><strong>We’d love to hear from you if you have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">1-2 years of leadership experience</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ability to work closely and effectively with the rest of your store leadership team</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong organization skills and are excited about the details</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A proven track record of hiring, leading and developing effective store teams</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A fan of Everlane, our product, and our values</span></li>

<p><strong>What is expected of you</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: </span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Have flexible availability that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must regularly move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers</span></li>

<p><strong>The Fine Print:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The hourly pay range for this role is $23 - $32. </span></p>
