Oracle EBS Application Developer

<p>At i360technologies, we specialize in business consulting and technology services for federal agencies. We are seeking an experienced R12 Oracle EBS RICE and PL/SQL Financials R12 Developers to support an existing R12 Federal Financials shared service environment. The candidates should have at least 7 years’ experience in Oracle R12 financial applications and processes implementation.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in supporting and implementing reports, interfaces, data conversions and enhancements in an R12 environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide input, design, and review of overall strategy for conversion of legacy data onto shared service provider (SSP) Oracle E Business Suite applications system&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform development using Structured Query Language (SQL) and Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL), R12 APIs and web services&nbsp;</li> <li>Utilize R12 APIs to establish web services&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform mapping, design, build, test, and deployment services in support of the data migration to the shared service provider (SSP)&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the technical design of data conversion and extensions from legacy internal and external systems into the standardized software and processes of a shared service provider (SSP) using Oracle E Business Suite applications&nbsp;</li> <li>Execute Unit testing and/or System Integration Testing (SIT) testing of development work and document results per approved test templates and procedures&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in development of test scripts and training materials&nbsp;</li> <li>Create documentation (technical documents, data mapping, TE040, etc) for data conversions and application extensions&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide triage support for data migration defects&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in preparing work tasks, task duration estimates, and schedules&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide problem analysis/diagnosis/resolution, implementation, and post-implementation support&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide knowledge transfer to support personnel and users as needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Support of system and users after initial cut over to SSP&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years general software development experience with specialized experience in developing within the Oracle R12 applications, specifically data conversions and application extensions&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience developing with TOAD, PL/SQL, SQL, load scripts, UNIX scripts, Personalization, Interfaces, Workflow, XML Publisher, R12 APIs and web service development&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with the Oracle technology stack including:&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>PL/SQL development&nbsp;</li> <li>Oracle Discoverer&nbsp;</li> <li>Oracle JDeveloper&nbsp;</li> <li>Oracle RDBMS&nbsp;</li> <li>R12 APIs and Web services&nbsp;</li> <li>Oracle Apex</li> </ul> <li>Must understand Oracle Applications table structure and APIs&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with configuration management tools and processes&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience documenting design, code, testing&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience unit testing, integration testing, and conducting code reviews&nbsp;</li> <li>Oracle Financials Applications and specific experience with AP, AR, CLM, GL/ SLA and FedAdmin experience is a plus&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with shared service provider is a plus&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with project implementation life cycle&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience developing within service-oriented architectures (SOA) using web services is a plus&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years’ experience or equivalent related experience</li> <li>Demonstrated excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li> <li>Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information</li> <li>Must be a US Citizen or Green Card&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Work week: Monday-Friday<br>Location: Gaithersburg, MD</p> <p><strong>Salary</strong><br>Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $110,000 – $120,000 (Maximum)</p> <h4>Security &amp; Eligibility Requirements</h4> <ul> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance</li> <li>Must be able to pass a federal background investigation</li> <li>U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no visa sponsorship available)</li> </ul> <h4>Benefits</h4> <ul> <li>Holidays - Eleven&nbsp;</li> <li>Retirement Plan (401k) Matching</li> <li>Short-Term &amp; Long-Term Disability</li> <li>Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary &amp; AD&amp;D)</li> <li>Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental &amp; Vision)</li> <li>Paid Time Off (0-3 years - 15 Days PTO | 3+ years 20 Days)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:&nbsp;<br></strong>We are an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.</p> <p><strong>Only direct applicants will be considered.
