Senior Oracle EBS Finance Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EBS Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financials. The role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing finance processes, gathering business requirements, conducting solution design, and ensuring compliance across multi-org and multi-currency environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, EBTax, and Projects.

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional design documents.

• Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process requirements.

• Ensure compliance with VAT, UAE VAT, and financial regulatory requirements.

• Conduct client workshops, solution design sessions, testing, UAT, and user training.

• Write and validate SQL queries for data analysis and reconciliation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to deliver effective finance solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong Oracle EBS R12 Financials experience.

• Hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, EBTax, and Projects.

• Knowledge of P2P, O2C, VAT, and financial compliance processes.

• Experience in multi-org and multi-currency environments.

• SQL query writing and validation skills.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

• CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or Oracle Certification preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or retail industries.

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS Finance experience.

• Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementation projects.

• Experience leading client workshops and solution design sessions.
