<p>At i360technologies, we specialize in business consulting and technology services for federal agencies.&nbsp;We are seeking an experienced We are seeking an experienced&nbsp;<strong data-start="699" data-end="788">Oracle Federal Financials Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)</strong> to support production operations, functional troubleshooting, and end-user support across Oracle ERP P2P modules in a federal financial environment.&nbsp;This role is ideal for a professional with strong Oracle Federal Financials expertise, deep knowledge of P2P business processes, and the ability to work directly with stakeholders to resolve functional issues and improve system operations.&nbsp;The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting Oracle P2P modules, analyzing system issues, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring reliable financial system operations for federal customers.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1014" data-end="1077">Provide functional support for Oracle P2P modules, including: <ul> <li data-start="1082" data-end="1099">Core Purchasing</li> <li data-start="1104" data-end="1118">iProcurement</li> <li data-start="1123" data-end="1141">Accounts Payable</li> <li data-start="1146" data-end="1163">Payment Manager</li> <li data-start="1168" data-end="1189">Supplier Management</li> <li data-start="1194" data-end="1227">Oracle Approvals Management (AME)</li> </ul> </li> <li data-start="1231" data-end="1292">Provide functional support for Treasury systems, including: <ul> <li data-start="1297" data-end="1332">Invoice Processing Platform (IPP)</li> <li data-start="1337" data-end="1350">G-Invoicing</li> </ul> </li> <li data-start="1354" data-end="1456">Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve P2P functional issues within a federal shared services environment.</li> <li data-start="1460" data-end="1564">Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with technical teams to resolve system issues when necessary.</li> <li data-start="1568" data-end="1651">Support month-end and year-end financial close activities related to P2P processes.</li> <li data-start="1655" data-end="1766">Monitor system interfaces, workflows, and integrations related to P2P processes, including integrations with: <ul> <li data-start="1771" data-end="1780">SAM.gov</li> <li data-start="1785" data-end="1806">Credit Card systems</li> <li data-start="1811" data-end="1863">Travel &amp; Expense (T&amp;E) – Concur Government Edition</li> <li data-start="1868" data-end="1901">Invoice Processing Platform (IPP)</li> </ul> </li> <li data-start="1905" data-end="1975">Assist with patch validation, regression testing, and system upgrades.</li> <li data-start="1979" data-end="2070">Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on P2P processes and system functionality.</li> <li data-start="2074" data-end="2159">Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.</li> <li data-start="2163" data-end="2235">Familiarity with <strong data-start="2180" data-end="2221"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">PRISM</span></span></strong> is preferred.</li> <li data-start="2239" data-end="2307">Experience with <strong data-start="2255" data-end="2296"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management</span></span></strong> is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="2334" data-end="2428">Strong understanding of <strong data-start="2358" data-end="2408">Oracle Federal Financials Procure-to-Pay (P2P)</strong> business processes.</li> <li data-start="2431" data-end="2511">Experience providing functional production support in an Oracle ERP environment.</li> <li data-start="2514" data-end="2572">Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.</li> <li data-start="2575" data-end="2700">Experience troubleshooting issues and opening or managing Service Requests through <strong data-start="2658" data-end="2699"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">My Oracle Support</span></span></strong>.</li> <li data-start="2703" data-end="2776">Knowledge of Oracle workflows, approval hierarchies, and supplier setups.</li> <li data-start="2779" data-end="2863">Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into system solutions.</li> <li data-start="2866" data-end="2929">Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.</li> <li data-start="2932" data-end="3003">Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li data-start="3006" data-end="3034">Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent years of experience.</li> </ul> <p data-start="3080" data-end="3135"><strong>Security &amp;
