This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong functional expertise who can translate complex Oracle processes into clear, practical learning experiences.</p> <p data-start="526" data-end="1006">In this role, you will be part of a mission-driven environment where your contributions directly impact system adoption and user experience. You will play a critical role in system implementation efforts by developing training materials, facilitating end-user sessions, and partnering across teams to ensure users are confident and prepared for go-live. If you are comfortable leading the room, simplifying complexity, and making training truly effective—this is the role for you.</p> <hr data-start="4592" data-end="4595"> <h3 data-section-id="165gfiz" data-start="1112" data-end="1140"><strong data-start="1116" data-end="1140">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="1144" data-end="1276">Design, develop, and deliver training programs for Oracle Federal Financials (R12), including instructor-led and eLearning formats</li> <li data-start="1279" data-end="1370">Support functional teams in analyzing business processes and documenting system workflows</li> <li data-start="1373" data-end="1475">Create and manage training materials aligned with business processes, change impacts, and user needs</li> <li data-start="1478" data-end="1574">Facilitate engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for groups of 15–30 participants</li> <li data-start="1577" data-end="1669">Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to support go-live readiness</li> <li data-start="1672" data-end="1745">Develop metrics to assess training effectiveness and transition success</li> <li data-start="1748" data-end="1863">Provide Oracle functional expertise to support training content, communications, and user experience improvements</li> <li data-start="1866" data-end="1941">Coordinate and execute end-user training sessions across the organization</li> <li data-start="1944" data-end="2055">Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and related testing activities alongside functional and technical teams</li> <li data-start="2058" data-end="2144">Contribute to business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1oxfx0t" data-start="2151" data-end="2182"><strong data-start="2155" data-end="2182">Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="2186" data-end="2239">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience</li> <li data-start="2242" data-end="2320">Hands-on experience with <strong data-start="2267" data-end="2318">Oracle Federal Financials R12 (R12.2 preferred)</strong></li> <li data-start="2323" data-end="2418">Experience in training development and delivery, including curriculum design and facilitation</li> <li data-start="2421" data-end="2461">Familiarity with key functional areas: <ul> <li data-start="2466" data-end="2490">Budget to Report (B2R)</li> <li data-start="2495" data-end="2520">Acquire to Retire (A2R)</li> <li data-start="2525" data-end="2549">Order to Fulfill (O2F)</li> <li data-start="2554" data-end="2576">Procure to Pay (P2P)</li> <li data-start="2581" data-end="2591">Projects</li> </ul> </li> <li data-start="2594" data-end="2642">Strong public speaking and presentation skills</li> <li data-start="2645" data-end="2696">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li data-start="2699" data-end="2753">Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li> <li data-start="2756" data-end="2822">Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities</li> <li data-start="2825" data-end="2881">Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li> <li data-start="2884" data-end="2950">Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills</li> <li data-start="2953" data-end="3025">Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1p0j281" data-start="3032" data-end="3064"><strong data-start="3036" data-end="3064">Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="3068" data-end="3139">Experience developing eLearning content (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)</li> <li data-start="3142" data-end="3211">Experience supporting federal implementations or government clients</li> <li data-start="3214" data-end="3280">Background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="f6wbtj" data-start="3287" data-end="3330"><strong data-start="3291" data-end="3330">Security &amp;
