The Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Pick and pack customer orders using pick carts, RF Scanners, and WMS software in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting.
- Apply standardized packing procedures across a wide variety of product types and order combinations, preserving product integrity and optimizing the unboxing experience.
- Be the final set of eyes ensuring that our customers receive packages that are up to our extremely high standard of quality and accuracy.
- Correctly label, sort, and stage customer orders, ensuring smooth outbound operations.
- Maintain efficiency, working with a sense of urgency to meet department targets without compromising quality and accuracy.
- Actively maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment across all job functions, always upholding warehouse safety protocols.
- Report inventory discrepancies, quality issues and operational concerns to leadership, suggesting improvements when possible.
- Identify and take action on opportunities to provide memorable experiences for our customers.
- Fulfill strange and unusual special instructions for orders (e.g. draw me a picture of Batman eating a snake, send me a hand-written insult, fill the envelope with rubber bands, etc.).
- Support cross-functional warehouse operations by pivoting to other tasks as needed, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or warehousing is an asset.
- Creativity and inventiveness, abilities that will aid you in crafting a meaningful brand experience for our customers.
- Dexterity, resulting in speed while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to pivot seamlessly between tasks and priorities.
- An impeccable communication style - your grasp on the English language is flawless.
