As a trusted partner and the nation’s largest organ donation and transplantation logistics provider, our mission is clear: we aim to positively impact lives every day!  Joining Trinity means becoming part of a purpose-driven team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.  Are you a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional with a backgroun <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Participates in additional trainings, educational opportunities, and team or contracted customer meetings as assigned by leadership. </li> <li>Currently seeking candidates with experience in heart and lung transplant and donation</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Supports annual goals and metrics set forth by leadership  </li> </ul>   Work Location: Remote  Schedule: Available for 12-hour and 24-hour shift models. Rotating schedule covering day, night, weekend and holiday call Salary: $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience How You Will Be Rewarded as Our Organ Placement Coordinator  <ul> <li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid life insurance, AD&D benefits, Monthly Wellness Stipends, and Tuition Reimbursement </li> <li>PTO: Generous paid time off and holiday schedule </li> <li>Work Environment: Fully remote role with a collaborative and supportive team </li> </ul> Key Responsibilities of an Organ Placement Coordinator  <ul> <li>Provide 24/7 coverage for organ placement coordination, managing donor organ offers through post-transplant recipient phases </li> <li>Communicate and collaborate effectively with transplant centers, surgeons, and donor organizations </li> <li>Adhere to OPTN policies and ensure compliance with transplant regulations </li> <li>Accurately review donor and recipient charts and facilitate real-time documentation of accepted cases </li> <li>Ensure seamless coordination of transplant logistics, utilizing standard templates and workflows </li> <li>Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to team education </li> </ul> Qualifications & Skills of an Organ Placement Coordinator  <ul> <li> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Participates in additional trainings, educational opportunities, and team or contracted customer meetings as assigned by leadership. </li> <li>Currently seeking candidates with experience in heart and lung transplant and donation</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Supports annual goals and metrics set forth by leadership  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience in organ procurement organizations (OPOs), transplant centers, or acute care settings (ICU, Emergency Department, or transplant units) preferred </li> <li>Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities in high-pressure situations </li> <li>Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and UNet DonorNet/Waitlist </li> <li>Strong customer service and communication skills </li> <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team </li> </ul> At Trinity Medical Solutions, we are united by our unwavering dedication to maximizing life-saving missions.
