Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.
This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do
Support PMO activities for global New Business and Advanced Engineering project portfolio
Manage project governance across lifecycle (creation to start of production and serial phase)
Ensure data accuracy and alignment across Technology, Finance, and Sales systems
Coordinate and administer global workload planning and forecasting processes
Oversee project line creation, modification, and closure in internal tools
Identify and manage risks and opportunities related to workload variations
Support budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial coordination with Finance & Sales teams
Prepare dashboards, reports, and organize key project committees and workload reviews
What we’re looking for
3–5 years of experience in PMO, project operations, or portfolio management (preferably in automotive).
Strong knowledge of PMO processes, workload management, cost control, and RFQ processes.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling; VBA/macros is a strong plus).
Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Experience working with SAP and cross-functional tools (Finance/Sales systems) is preferred.
