Origin Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international shipments end-to-end across various transport modes (air, sea, road, or rail), ensuring timely and efficient delivery. 端到端管理国际货运，包括空运、海运、陆运（公路/铁路）等多种运输方式，确保货物及时、高效交付。
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless cargo movement. 与客户、承运人及第三方物流提供商协调配合，确保货物运输流程无缝衔接。
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate data on the digital platform to keep clients informed about their shipments. 在数字平台上维护最新且准确的货物数据，及时向客户通报运输状态。
• Monitor shipment progress, proactively addressing delays or disruptions to ensure customer satisfaction. 监控货运进度，主动处理延误或突发问题，以确保客户满意度。
• Produce and review all necessary shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), CMRs, Bills of Lading, and other transport-specific documents to meet regulatory and client requirements. 制作并审核所有必要的运输文件，包括航空运单（AWB, CMR、提单（B/L）及其他运输方式所需的文件，以符合法规和客户要求。
• Provide clear and timely communication with clients, offering updates, solutions to challenges, and responding to inquiries. 与客户保持清晰、及时的沟通，提供运输更新、问题解决方案并及时回复咨询。
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies across all modes of transport. 确保所有运输方式均符合国际货运法规及公司政策。
• Identify opportunities to optimise operational processes and enhance supply chain efficiency for clients. 识别运营流程优化机会，提升客户的供应链效率。
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve service quality, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. 与内部团队协作，解决各类问题，提升服务质量，为客户提供卓越体验。

• Regulatory compliance: Familiarity with international trade laws, customs regulations, and freight documentation across multiple transport modes. 法规合规：熟悉国际贸易法律法规、海关规定以及多式联运的货运文件要求。
• Operational analytics: Ability to track key shipment metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements. 运营分析能力：能够跟踪关键货运指标，发现趋势并推动流程改进。
