data-end="1513">Who We’re Looking For</h3> <p data-start="1514" data-end="1690">Osmosis is seeking <strong data-start="1533" data-end="1560">nursing content experts</strong> who excel at making hard concepts easy to understand and who can bring a <strong data-start="1634" data-end="1674">strategic, cross-functional approach</strong> to education.</p> <p data-start="1692" data-end="1735"><strong data-start="1692" data-end="1733">Requirements and preferences include:</strong></p> <ul data-start="1736" data-end="2694"> <li data-start="1736" data-end="1825"> <p data-start="1738" data-end="1825">Hold an <strong data-start="1746" data-end="1797">active, unencumbered Registered Nursing license</strong> in any state or province.</p> </li> <li data-start="1826" data-end="1904"> <p data-start="1828" data-end="1904">Possess a relevant advanced or terminal degree (e.g., MSN, DNP, EdD, PhD).</p> </li> <li data-start="1905" data-end="2024"> <p data-start="1907" data-end="2024">Demonstrated <strong data-start="1920" data-end="1972">teaching experience with NP, LPN, or RN programs</strong> (classroom, clinical, or curriculum development).</p> </li> <li data-start="2025" data-end="2140"> <p data-start="2027" data-end="2140">Experience in <strong data-start="2041" data-end="2105">writing, editing, question development, and content strategy</strong> for nursing or health education.</p> </li> <li data-start="2141" data-end="2309"> <p data-start="2143" data-end="2309">Familiarity with <strong data-start="2160" data-end="2195">AI-assisted content development</strong> (reviewing AI outputs for clinical accuracy and clarity, leveraging generative AI to support content creation).</p> </li> <li data-start="2310" data-end="2401"> <p data-start="2312" data-end="2401">Understanding of <strong data-start="2329" data-end="2347">SEO principles</strong> for optimizing educational content discoverability.</p> </li> <li data-start="2402" strategize</strong> educational resources that support nursing students worldwide.</p> <p data-start="2879" data-end="2914"><strong data-start="2879" data-end="2912">Key responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul data-start="2915" data-end="3620"> <li data-start="2915" data-end="3002"> <p data-start="2917" data-end="3002">Researching healthcare-related topics to ensure content is accurate and up to date.</p> </li> <li data-start="3003" data-end="3131"> <p data-start="3005" data-end="3131">Writing, editing, and <strong data-start="3027" data-end="3128">strategically developing video scripts, assessment questions, and supplemental learning materials</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="3132" data-end="3237"> <p data-start="3134" data-end="3237">Reviewing and refining <strong data-start="3157" data-end="3181">AI-generated content</strong> to ensure alignment with Osmosis editorial standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="3238" data-end="3307"> <p data-start="3240" data-end="3307">Optimizing content for <strong data-start="3263" data-end="3304">learner engagement and SEO visibility</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="3308" data-end="3425"> <p data-start="3310" data-end="3425">Collaborating cross-functionally with medical illustrators, video editors, product managers, and marketing teams.</p> </li> <li data-start="3426" data-end="3548"> <p data-start="3428" data-end="3548">Participating in content improvement initiatives and quality updates based on current guidelines and learner feedback.</p> </li> <li data-start="3549" data-end="3620"> <p
