The role combines financial markets expertise, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of digital assets.</p> <p>You will have the opportunity to have an impact on OTC growth, working closely with our best in class business development teams.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support and grow the firm’s OTC operations alongside an international team.</li> <li>This includes client coverage as well as ongoing business development responsibilities.</li> <li>Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and trends to provide clients with actionable insights.</li> <li>Ensure smooth OTC operations by working closely with local and global colleagues to provide consistent client coverage and support.</li> <li>Collaborate with the business development team to shape and execute the overall OTC sales strategy.</li> <li>Utilize internal market research and commentary to enhance client engagement and deliver added value; the ability to independently generate market insights is a strong asset.</li> <li>Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to grow the client base and stay informed on evolving market dynamics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Solid experience from previous Crypto OTC Sales or broking role, including execution and pricing.</li> <li>Exceptional understanding of cryptocurrency markets and projects/assets and trends/narratives.</li> <li>A well-established OTC client network which includes strong relationships with foundations, HNWIs, funds and family offices.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with proven track record in client facing and business development roles.</li> <li>Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field, such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why This Role Is Unique:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Elite Teammates</strong></li> </ul> <p>You’ll be joining a small, world-class team of engineers, quants, and traders with backgrounds in top-tier firms, academic institutions, and olympiad-level programming competitions.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Startup Velocity</strong>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>We move fast, deploy frequently, and make decisions quickly.
