<p>Every single company in the world has a finance team, but almost all of them are trapped in Excel hell. At Datarails, we fix that. We are a fast-growing FinTech SaaS platform that automates financial reporting and analysis while letting finance teams keep the Excel interface they love.</p>
<p>As we look toward an explosive year, we are expanding our outbound BDR team to go after the "big fish" - enterprise accounts with <strong>1,000+ employees</strong>. The Total Addressable Market (TAM) is massive, the product-market fit is undeniable, and the financial upside for a true hunter is unmatched. If you want to hunt big, juicy accounts and make a life-changing amount of money, this is your playground.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own the Outbound Pipeline:</strong> Strategically target, map, and penetrate enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).</li>
<li><strong>Command the Phone:</strong> Run high-volume, high-impact cold calling campaigns to break through the noise and reach CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Finance.</li>
<li><strong>Craft Bespoke Outbound Angles:</strong> Use your exceptional writing skills to build highly personalized, multi-channel sequences (Email, LinkedIn, Phone).</li>
<li><strong>Leverage Modern Tech:</strong> Optimize your workflow using top-tier sales engagement tools and cutting-edge AI utilities to scale your personalization and efficiency.</li>
<li><strong>Partner with AEs:</strong> Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to seamlessly hand off qualified opportunities and strategically win major accounts.</li>

<li><strong>No Fear of Cold Calling:</strong> You view a cold call as an opportunity, not a chore. You know how to handle objections, hook a prospect in 10 seconds, and command a conversation.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Engagement Tech Stack Mastery:</strong> You have hands-on experience using platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or HubSpot to manage your daily book of business.</li>
<li><strong>AI Curiosity:</strong> You are actively experimenting with or using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or AI-powered research tools) to work smarter, write better emails, and automate the boring stuff.</li>
<li><strong>Excellent Writing Skills:</strong> You understand that generic, copy-pasted templates don't work on the C-suite. You can write sharp, punchy, and persuasive copy that forces a response.</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or targeting mid-market/enterprise accounts.</li>
