About the role
Join our dynamic team as an Outbound Sales Associate at Skysun! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales and the drive to succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the United States, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and identifying their needs to create opportunities for our business.
Your day-to-day activities will involve:
- Conducting high-volume outbound calls to a targeted list of prospects.
- Building rapport with potential customers and understanding their needs through effective communication.
- Utilizing scripts and product knowledge to convey the benefits of our offerings.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Logging call activity and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participating in training sessions to continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive personality.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
