Eliot's Outpatient Clinic provides evidence-based evaluation, counseling, and medication management for children, families and adults with mental health and substance use needs. In this role&nbsp; you will provide therapy and support to individuals and families. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exceptional team of dedicated and skilled practitioners working with a wide range of clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.&nbsp;</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Complete diagnostic evaluations and comprehensive assessments, safety and risk assessments, and implement treatment planning, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities such as individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy, as clinically indicated.</li> <li>Establish effective working relationships with clients and utilize solution-based interventions which best address specific problem areas, as identified in the client’s treatment plan.</li> <li>Provide therapy to individuals and families, including specialized treatments like integrated dual diagnosis and self-management plans.</li> <li>Participate, when clinically indicated, in treatment collaborative meetings.</li> <li>Complete all necessary documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) on time, ensuring it meets medical necessity standards.</li> <li>Maintain consistent expected productivity outcomes, which averages a minimum of 16 client treatment hours per week, with a monthly review.&nbsp;</li> <li>Attend and participate in weekly clinical supervision for clinicians working toward licensure and no less than monthly for licensed clinicians.</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling,&nbsp; or related field</li> <li>Preferred licensure from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW)</li> <li>Doctorate in Psychology and Licensed Eligible in Massachusetts</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts Drivers License</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Varies and requires a minimum of 16 hours of billable productivity per week&nbsp;(requires one in-office day per week)</p> <p>Eliot's Outpatient Clinic is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm (no weekends)</p> <hr> <p><strong>Pay Rates:</strong></p> <p>Non-Licensed MA/ LCSW - $50.00&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>LMHC, LICSW, LMFT - $57.00&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>PHd.
