Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide ongoing psychiatric treatment and medication management
• Offer expert consultation and recommendations to the care team
• Oversee psychiatric treatment for individuals in rehabilitation services
• Document care in alignment with clinical and compliance standards

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Missouri licensure

• Believe in whole-person, trauma-informed care that honors the dignity and resilience of every individual
• Have experience working with diverse populations, particularly in community or rural mental health settings
• Are comfortable balancing autonomy with team collaboration
• Are committed to delivering culturally competent and inclusive care
• Understand the value of integrated health models and interdisciplinary teamwork
