About the role
The Outreach Coordinator will lead agency-wide outreach and relationship-building efforts to strengthen referral networks, increase community visibility, and support continued program growth. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community organizations, providers, schools, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote agency services and expand opportunities for collaboration. Responsibilities include coordinating outreach initiatives, tracking referral activity, supporting marketing and networking efforts, attending community meetings and events, and ensuring consistent professional communication with external partners. The Outreach Coordinator will work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve referral pipelines, and support strategic expansion efforts across programs and regions. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, motivated, and skilled in relationship management and professional communication. Strong follow-through, professionalism, and the ability to represent the agency positively in the community are essential for success in this role.
