The Outreach Coordinator position is integral to the research conducted at Adams Clinical. As a member of our outreach team, the successful applicant will work directly with treatment seeking populations identifying, educating, and recruiting participants in our clinical trials</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Meet weekly targets for number of new intake appointments scheduled and attended at the site</li> <li>Conduct outreach visits to local area community centers, group homes, hospitals, and advocacy organizations to advertise study opportunities</li> <li>Establish and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, agencies, and advocacy groups to promote clinical trial awareness</li> <li>Promote Adams Clinical to build relationships with potential study participants to ensure retention</li> <li>Coordinate and track friend referrals from current and past study participants</li> <li>Work independently and with colleagues in the outreach department to develop and manage recruitment resources</li> <li>Recruit study participants via short telephone interviews; make outbound phone calls to achieve appointment scheduling goal</li> <li>Ensure the timely input and accuracy of information into our database of clinical study participants</li> <li>Review feedback from clinicians and clinical research coordinators and suggest improvements to screening process and marketing approach</li> <li>Train, mentor, and support other members of the outreach team who are contributing to recruitment</li> <li>Assist with other sales, marketing, and outreach efforts as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college</li> <li>Great interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills - Salesforce experience is a plus</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Pay:</strong> $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
