<p><strong>Outreach &amp; Growth Representative</strong></p> <p>Pay: $60,000 Per Year + Commission</p> <p><strong>Job Type: </strong>Full-Time&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p> <p>We here at Great Strides ABA Corp are on the hunt for a driven and community-connected Outreach &amp; Growth Representative to expand our reach and connect more families with the<br>services they need. If you love building relationships, hitting targets, and knowing your work directly helps children — this&nbsp;role will energize you every single day.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Complete 12–15 drop-in per day,&nbsp; targeting 8–10 meaningful referral contacts per day</li> <li>Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and&nbsp;monitor the pipeline from lead to active service</li> <li>Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases and serve as&nbsp;liaison between field staff and headquarters</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with schools,&nbsp;pediatricians, and community organizations</li> <li>Report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipeline,&nbsp;and conversion metrics</li> </ul> <p><strong>SKILLS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition</li> <li>Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with&nbsp;documented results</li> <li>Ability to independently manage a field-based&nbsp;schedule with high accountability</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral&nbsp;health community is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT SETS YOU APART?</strong></p> <p>You don't just knock on doors — you build relationships that last.
