If you’re someone who knows how to build valuable connections, close opportunities, and consistently hit goals, this role offers the chance to grow your career, earn competitively, and see the direct results of your work.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Complete 12–15 drop-in per day, targeting 8–10 meaningful referral contacts per day</li> <li>Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and&nbsp;monitor the pipeline from lead to active service</li> <li>Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases; serving as liaison between field staff and headquarters</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with schools,&nbsp;pediatricians, and community organizations</li> <li>Report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipeline, and conversion metric&nbsp;</li> </ul> <hr> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Required</strong>: Highschool Diploma&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Required</strong>:&nbsp;minimum 2 years of relevant experience&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Preferred</strong>: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree&nbsp;</li> </ul> <hr> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>SKILLS</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition</li> <li>Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with&nbsp;documented results</li> <li>Ability to independently manage a field-based&nbsp;schedule with high accountability</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral health community is a plus&nbsp;</li> </ul> <hr> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>WHAT SETS YOU APART?</strong></span></p> <p>You don't just knock on doors — you build relationships that last.
