This is a rare opportunity to help shape the membership foundation of a club.</p> <p><strong>Summary:</strong></p> <p>Bounty Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-driven individuals to join our Outside Golf Staff team at our premier private golf facility located just 6 miles from downtown Nashville.&nbsp;This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation, and delivers exceptional member service in a high-end club environment</p> <p><strong>Job Specific Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival</li> <li>Manage golf bag drop and cart staging</li> <li>Clean and detail golf carts to club standards</li> <li>Assist with practice facility setup and breakdown</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of bag storage areas</li> <li>Provide attentive, professional service at all times</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to&nbsp;<strong>65 pounds</strong>&nbsp;consistently</li> <li>Valid driver’s license required</li> <li>Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions</li> <li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li> <li>Positive attitude and professional appearance</li> <li>Weekend and holiday availability preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>$15-$20 per hour</strong></li> <li>Full-time and part-time positions available</li> <li>Work in an elevated, team-oriented private club environment</li> <li>Opportunity for growth within the club</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
