We review every application carefully and appreciate your interest in growing your career with our team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>Assist in developing improvements and perform duties with a consistent approach in areas such as:</p> <ul> <li>Meet or exceed individual objectives as set by Executive Vice President of Sales &amp; Marketing</li> <li>Meet or exceed individual metrics as set by Sales Team Leader</li> <li>Work with Sales Team to meet or exceed Revenue and Profit goals established by EVP of Sales</li> <li>Become an expert on the equipment/systems that we represent and how to successfully design projects with Consulting Engineering customers.</li> <li>Work with the entire sales team to help each other meet business</li> <li>Build customer relationships with excellent customer service and retention in</li> <li>Maintain customer information and activity in</li> <li>Assist Operations Team and Project Manager in project tracking and customer</li> <li>Provide Application Engineering Team with required information for opportunity</li> <li>Provide Application Engineering Team with required information for order generation &amp; entry (when applicable).</li> <li>Provide assistance to Project Manager as needed to review submittals and order acknowledgements for</li> <li>Participate in quarterly conversations with Sales Team Leader to review core values, GWC and discuss any</li> <li>Travel within territory will be 50%-75% of the time spent will be out of the office.</li> <li>Other roles and responsibilities as</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4>Education, Experience and Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li>Technical or Engineering bachelor’s degree Preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of HVAC Sales experience calling on consulting</li> <li>Knowledgeable regarding ASHRAE recommendations, HVAC industry, and/or</li> <li>Strong mathematics and physics</li> <li>Education and experience with the construction and engineering industry, with specific experience in dealing with construction drawings, specifications, construction schedule and processes is a plus.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Employment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant’s or employee’s race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would result in an undue hardship.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Salary ranges listed are dependent upon a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.</span><br><br></p></div>
