🎯WHAT YOU’LL DO

  •  Prospect daily (15–20 touches) 
  •  Walk into facilities and identify operational gaps
  •  Sell industrial equipment + automation solutions  
  •  Work directly with Operations Managers, Directors, Executives 
  •  Build ROI-driven proposals 
  •  Close long-cycle capital deal
  •  Building long-term customer relationships 
  •  Drive real operational impact 

💬 WHAT TOP PERFORMERS ACTUALLY DO HERE

  •  Build their own book of business within 6–12 months 
  •  Turn first meetings into long-term accounts

💰 COMPENSATION

  •  $45,000 Base 
  • Uncapped Commission (no ceiling)
  •  Quarterly incentives + performance bonuses 
  •  $800/month auto + phone allowance
