<p>To scale efficiently and stay flexible, we’re building a more structured approach to <strong>outsourced and contingent workforce hiring</strong>. We’re looking for an <strong>Outsourcing Talent Partner</strong> to own and develop this direction.</p>
<h2>About the role</h2>
<p>In this role, you’ll take ownership of how JetBrains hires temporary and contract-based talent across multiple locations. You’ll work at the intersection of recruitment, vendor management, and workforce planning—building a scalable and reliable outsourcing model.</p>
<p>You won’t just run processes—you’ll <strong>shape them</strong>, working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure we have the right talent, through the right channels, at the right time.</p>
<h2>What you’ll do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Build and develop JetBrains’ <strong>vendor ecosystem</strong> for outsourcing and outstaffing across key locations.</li>
<li>Own the <strong>end-to-end hiring process</strong> for temporary staff, across both technical and non-technical roles.</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to define when and how to use outsourcing as a hiring strategy.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition to ensure <strong>compliant and scalable processes</strong>.</li>
<li>Establish and track <strong>vendor performance metrics</strong> (quality, speed, cost, satisfaction), and continuously improve outcomes.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to <strong>increase efficiency and flexibility</strong> in how we hire through external partners.</li>
<li>Act as a go-to expert for <strong>contingent workforce solutions</strong> within the company.</li>
</ul>
<h2>We’d love to hear from you if you:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Have experience in recruitment, vendor management, or workforce solutions, ideally involving <strong>outsourcing, outstaffing, or contingent workforce</strong>.</li>
<li>Have hired for both <strong>technical and non-technical roles</strong>, and can confidently navigate the differences.</li>
<li>Are comfortable working with <strong>external vendors</strong> and holding them accountable for results.</li>
<li>Have experience working in <strong>international environments</strong> with multiple stakeholders.</li>
<li>Can balance <strong>speed, quality, compliance, and stakeholder experience</strong>.</li>
<li>Enjoy building and improving processes in a <strong>growing and evolving setup</strong>.</li>
<li>Have strong communication skills in English.</li>
