About the role
Position Purpose
This P&C Trainee is designed for the purpose of developing young talents who meet the labor market. This incumbent will have opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international company like JTI and be able to expand his/her knowledge and skills through work with various P&C members & support various P&C tasks such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, L&D, ER, Employer Branding and Other.
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Provide support in the recruitment process: preparing job announcements (newcomer, transfer, and promotion)
support interview, communication with GBS, Field Force, local head hunter & agency
- Support Talent management activities (My Way, the newcomer onboarding program etc.)
- Support EVP activities & global projects such as company events, traineeship program, the employee
engagement survey and all activities that fall under our EVP.
- Support the execution for training programs & prepare for the all administrative tasks required for succcessful
training
- Provide administrative support to ER, Business Services, and Rewards teams to ensure effective operations
- Support line managers in various initiatives and administrative tasks as needed
