The position's focus will be on Accounts Payable reporting and dashboard maintenance activities with working as backup for procurement reporting as well. 

• Drives innovation and improvement idea realization from concept until implementation within P2P track with the ability of handling multiple departments including cross-functional collaboration. 
• Works closely with IT BRMs and other OPEX organizations of P2P stakeholders.
• Designs and commissions ad hoc analysis supporting department objectives and/or strategy. 
• Supports the planning and coordination of all initiatives managed by OPEX team. Provides support in project pipeline maintenance in coordination with P2P leaders. Supports P2P strategy and stabilization by providing data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

• AP Reporting and dashboard maintenance (standard and ad hoc reporting) and backup for procurement reporting.
• Gatekeeping and channeling between operations and business owners.
• Responsible for idea generation of and driving process improvements including reporting and data visualization.
• Proponent of standardization efforts across regions and sub-functions.
• Solution discovery, analysis and implementation.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the AP/P2P processes.
• Structured problem solving/troubleshooting abilities and follow-up skills to perform complex issue resolution.
• Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels within the organization, as well as external parties.  
• Ability to complete activities and accomplish objectives independently.
• Experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical ones.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• English language knowledge.
• Other European language is a plus.

 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

 

• Proven data entry, manipulation skills.

• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• SAP PS4, PBI, Alteryx.
• VIM Opentext.
• University degree is an advantage.
