Working closely with our strong technical team of experts and manager, both regionally and globally, this role will require exceptional leadership qualities to deliver the plant cheese agenda and innovation roadmap, ensuring Flora Food Group continues to be at the forefront of packaging innovation.      Your role  This role will deploy the regional packaging strategy across the plant cheese portfolio.  The successful candidate will oversee manage new packaging initiatives whilst ensuring packaging excellence across the extensive Supply Base, all which will significantly contribute to the overall success of the Packaging R&D function.      This individual will incorporate the full End to End development of plant cheese and Dairy packaging activities working closely with colleagues and relevant stakeholders.      In this role, you will inject passion and bring strong initiative to make a hugely positive impact to the way packaging delivers and innovates on both short and long-term business goals.
