Dann melde dich bei uns und werde Teil des Teams. </span></p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><strong>Your mission</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You are responsible for the new development and optimization of packaging solutions at The Quality Group sites as well as at our co-packers, with a focus on primary packaging (e.g., films, cans, bottles)</li> <li>You work closely with suppliers to implement technical and sustainable packaging concepts</li> <li>You review, coordinate, and approve packaging specifications</li> <li>You conduct production, filling, and transport tests to qualify new packaging</li> <li>You support production-related evaluations and derive optimization projects from them</li> <li>You take on a central interface function between Production, Purchasing, Planning, Quality Management, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Your experience &amp; skills</h3> <ul> <li>You have completed vocational training as a Packaging Technology Specialist, Packaging Technician, or in the field of Packaging Quality Management, or a completed degree in Packaging Technology</li> <li style="text-align: left;">You have gained initial practical experience in a technical environment or in production</li> <li style="text-align: left;">You have basic knowledge of maintaining packaging master data</li> <li style="text-align: left;">You have very good written and spoken German and English skills</li> <li style="text-align: left;">You are structured, solution-oriented, and work independently</li> <li style="text-align: left;">You have a confident, persuasive manner and enjoy practical, hands-on activities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Why choose us?</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
