Job Description:
We are seeking detail-oriented and compassionate Packers to join our team. In this role, you will assist seniors with packing and organizing their belongings during downsizing or moving processes. This is a part-time, hourly position with a flexible schedule based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with packing and organizing belongings for seniors who are downsizing or moving.
- Handle all items with care and respect.
- Work closely with seniors to help them sort through their possessions.
- Provide support and comfort to seniors during the moving process.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to handle fragile items with care.
- Previous experience in packing, organizing, or working with seniors is a plus.
Compensation:
