Job Summary

We’re hiring an experienced Paid Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) for a remote role focused on managing and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns. This is a client-facing position where you’ll take ownership of campaign performance, client satisfaction, and retention.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record managing multiple client accounts across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI, conversions, and client KPIs
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports
  • Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to improve creative performance
  • Support campaign expansion across additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads (if applicable)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance metrics
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Confidence in client-facing situations and ability to build trust
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Nice-to-Have Skills
    • Experience with Go High Level (GHL CRM)
    • Familiarity with Canva for basic creative edits
    • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid platforms
