Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager that will work as a management layer between the Head of Performance and the channel leads — translating business objectives into paid media strategy, owning the relationship with internal stakeholders across Argentina, Brazil, and Peru, and ensuring that execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic is coherent and aligned with growth targets

Your mission will be to manage a team of 5 to 8 people and oversee over USD 10M in annual regional investment.You will also be responsible for defining how new channels (TikTok, programmatic) and new markets fit into the team's operating model as the company scales.


In this role, you’ll

  • Act as the single point of contact between the Performance team and marketing stakeholders across Argentina, Brazil, and Peru.
  • Translate business objectives from each market into paid media strategy and prioritized action plans for channel leads.
  • Report performance to senior leadership and flag issues that require strategic decisions.
  • Lead and develop a team of 5 to 8 people across Meta, Google, and operations.
  • Review and approve channel strategies, budget allocations, and test plans across all active channels.
  • Consolidate cross-market and cross-channel learnings that improve overall performance in each geography.
  • Define the roadmap for incorporating TikTok and programmatic into the team's operating model.
  • Serve as the strategic escalation point for the external agency on decisions that affect budget or cross-channel direction.
  • Ensure internal strategy drives paid media decisions across all channels — not agency recommendations.
  • Lead quarterly planning cycles for the paid media team.
  • Define hiring requirements and team structure as new channels and markets are activated.
  • Own performance marketing P&L visibility: investment, CPA, ROAS by market and channel.


What we look for in an exceptional candidate

  • 6+ years in paid media, with at least 3 years leading or managing teams.
  • Hands-on experience across Meta Ads and Google Ads at a strategic level. Familiarity with TikTok Ads and programmatic is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience managing multi-market paid media operations — LATAM strongly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder communication: you can translate complex channel dynamics into clear, actionable updates for non-technical business partners.
  • Bilingual: Spanish + Portuguese required. Spanish + English will be considered, but Portuguese proficiency is strongly preferred given the Brazil market priority.


Bonus points if you also have

  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads or programmatic platforms.
  • Experience in the betting, gaming, or fintech industries.
  • Background working with or managing external agencies.
  • Familiarity with attribution tools and incrementality testing.
