We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Own the customer acquisition strategy and experimentation roadmap for Paid Social &amp; Search channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google etc.) across core European countries</li> <li>Establish best practices for campaign setup, optimisation, and management</li> <li>Manage and nurture strategic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for Sales representatives - strategically and operationally</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the data team and leverage tools to measure and analyse performance</li> <li>Work with tech teams to develop and enhance automation and measurement tools for marketing efficiency</li> <li>Evolve and oversee channel specific marketing automation</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<br></strong></h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business</li> <li>2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing technology company</li> <li>Analytical mindset&nbsp; - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel,</li> <li>Strong grasp of several digital marketing platforms (i.e. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)</li> <li>Experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests and translating data into insights</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment</li> <li>You are proficient in English, German is a plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW</strong></h3> <p><br>Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
