O’Hagan Meyer LLC, a litigation law firm, has an opening for a full-time Paralegal in its Richmond, Virginia office. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Civil Litigation and must be familiar with Labor, Employment and Commercial Litigation.

Requirements

• Document review and preparation of document productions.
• Trial preparation and support.
• Preparation of materials for use at depositions.
• Preparation of Motions, Supporting Memorandum, and Exhibits.
• Legal Research.
• Drafting Interrogatory Responses.
• Drafting discovery, including Interrogatories and Request for Production.
• Preparation of subpoenas.
• E-Discovery.
• Summarizing medical records and deposition transcripts.
• Drafting case status reports.
• Tracking and ensuring timely filing of pleadings with both Federal and State Courts.
• Calculating and tracking deadlines.
