<p>【Key Responsibilities】<br>1. Conducting anti-social forces background check<br>2. Assisting in administrative matters related to the legal function, such as managing and maintaining contracts/legal documents, ensuring smooth operations within legal team.<br>3. Supporting intellectual property rights matters<br>4. Maintaining legal team's corporate internal training materials<br>5. Supporting the review of standard agreements and simple contracts.<br>6. Supporting other corporate legal tasks assigned by the supervisor<br><br>【Requirement for the role】<br>1. Background in law or related fields with 1 year+ experience<br>2. Proficiency in reading English<br>3. Awareness of current affairs and proficient in using search engines or other tools for information retrieval<br>4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and understands the importance of confidentiality<br>5. Proficient in leveraging AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, and Cursor) within professional workflows.<br><br>【Nice to have】<br>1. Proficiency in reading Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).<br>2. Basic understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.<br><br>-<br><br>【工作內容】<br>1. 負責反社會勢力背景調查<br>2. 協助法務行政工作，如管理、維護合約或法律相關文件等行政作業，確保法務部門任務執行順暢。<br>3. 協助公司智慧財產權相關事務<br>4. 維護法務部門對公司內部教育訓練教材<br>5. 協助簡易合約審閱<br>6. 處理其他主管交辦事項<br><br>【條件要求】<br>1. 法律背景或有相關工作經驗（1年以上）<br>2. 具英文閱讀能力<br>3. 具備一定時事敏感度，並擅長使用搜尋引擎或其他工具進行資料檢索作業<br>4. 細心且負責任感，理解保密重要性。<br>5. 擅長應用AI工具（例如:Gemini, Claude, Cursor）於工作情境中<br><br>【加分項】<br>1. 具備基本日文識讀能力（JLPT N2或以上）<br>2. 對KYC（Know Your Customer）流程有基礎概念</p>
