<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Techno is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <span style="color: rgb(208, 152, 71);"><strong>Paralegal / Legal Assistant</strong></span> to support major infrastructure and transportation initiatives throughout the Northeast region. This role will provide legal and administrative support related to complex public-sector projects, contracts, compliance tracking, stakeholder coordination, and board administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction management, procurement, and executive leadership.</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Organize, maintain, and track legal documents, contracts, correspondence, and project records using document management systems.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare, edit, format, and manage legal documents, reports, presentations, and internal communications.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Support legal operations including billing coordination, invoicing, and budget tracking for outside counsel and legal services.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct legal research related to infrastructure, environmental, transportation, procurement, and regulatory matters.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare summaries, memoranda, and supporting materials for attorneys and project leadership.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Track and coordinate responses to public record requests, appeals, and compliance-related documentation requests.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding agreements, documentation, and project deliverables.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with Board and Committee meeting coordination, scheduling, agenda preparation, draft meeting minutes, and archival recordkeeping.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor compliance obligations under federal, state, and contractual requirements while maintaining organized tracking systems and documentation.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.</li>

<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><br><span style="font-family: impact, sans-serif; color: rgb(17, 32, 61); font-size: 24pt;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of paralegal, legal assistant, contract administration, or related experience preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting public-sector, infrastructure, engineering, transportation, or construction-related projects is highly desirable.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with contract administration, regulatory compliance, and public procurement processes preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and external partners.</span></li>
