About the role
DEFINITION: The paramedic is responsible for ensuring the day to day work of the department is completed. Washing the ambulances, checking equipment to ensure it is in good working order, filling out reports, keeping the building clean, carrying out work assignments to accommodate the patient case load which involves emergency calls, transfers, fire department calls, and stand by's.
