Must be willing and able to work the evening shift 

 

This position performs general maintenance on grounds, and equipment in the park and makes minor repairs to park facilities. Job duties include mowing, weed trimming, trash pick-up, and cleaning facilities as needed. This position also operates commercial landscaping equipment, assists with cleaning and operating a swimming pool and cabin spas, and performs vehicle maintenance tasks. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, and be able to traverse rough terrain, lift up to 75 lbs., and work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and some nights.  A driving record check will be performed.

 

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The ability to read, write and follow directions. The ability to perform manual labor and to operate and maintain the necessary tools and equipment.  Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
