Our proprietary trading platform and integration with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) provide our clients with a robust and versatile trading experience. We are committed to expanding our footprint and are seeking a highly motivated <strong>Partner Acquisition Manager (English language) </strong>&nbsp;to lead this effort.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Partner Acquisition Manager&nbsp; </strong>to help scale our global partner ecosystem.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll be responsible for <strong>finding, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners</strong> who bring new traders to the platform. You’ll own the journey from first contact through activation, working closely with partners to launch campaigns and reach performance milestones.</p> <p>This is a <strong>hands-on, performance-driven role</strong> with a clear impact on growth.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p><strong>Partner Sourcing &amp; Outreach</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify and source potential partners (influencers, educators, communities, agencies)</li> <li>Prospect via LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks</li> <li>Run structured, personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification &amp; Deal Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assess partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential</li> <li>Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and promotion strategies</li> <li>Present partnership models (revenue share, custom deals where applicable)</li> <li>Negotiate terms and agree on short-term performance goals</li> </ul> <p><strong>Onboarding &amp; Activation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Onboard partners into tracking and partner systems</li> <li>Educate partners on tools, tiers, and best practices</li> <li>Support partners in launching their first campaigns</li> <li>Monitor performance and help optimize towards activation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Ownership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive partners to reach <strong>Active status (5+ first-time deposits)</strong></li> <li>Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up discipline</li> <li>Handover activated partners to Business Development Managers with full context<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p> <ul> <li>You consistently activate <strong>new high-quality partners</strong></li> <li>Partners launch campaigns quickly and effectively</li> <li>You manage a clean, predictable pipeline</li> <li>Partners trust you and stay engaged through activation<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within Trading industry.</li> <li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li> <li>Comfort working with targets and KPIs</li> <li>Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven</li> <li>Experience using CRMs and digital tools</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or online platforms</li> <li>Familiarity with influencer or affiliate ecosystems</li> <li>Experience working with global partners</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why Join Us</strong></h3> <ul> <li>High-impact role tied directly to growth</li> <li>Clear KPIs and ownership</li> <li>Exposure to global markets and partners</li> <li>Opportunity to grow into senior partnership or leadership roles</li> </ul>
