Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Prompt recording of day-to-day client requests,
- Collecting and recording all required information/documents,
- Monitoring ongoing transactions until completion,
- Sorting and scanning incoming post-mail and preparing outgoing post-mail,
- Assisting team with special tasks,
- Complying with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations,
- Applying due diligence reviews in line with corporate standards,
- Meeting Service Level Agreements and deadlines,
- Upholding Quality standards.
Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Partner & Client Services Intern?
- You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Finance,
- Interested in the financial/insurance sector in general,
- You enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment and look for the opportunity to excel in all aspects of your role,
- Take personal pride in delivering high quality service to internal and external clients,
- Strong prioritisation skills and is flexible, reliable and responsible in challenging situations,
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal as well as written,
- Ability to work independently while keen to work as part of a team and assist colleagues,
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities,
- Willing to make the extra effort as required,
- English and Swedish must be fluent, any additional European language (especially French, Flemish, German) will be an advantage.
