Coveo is looking for a Partner Manager to help expand our partner ecosystem by generating opportunities, accelerating pipeline, and driving revenue through strategic consulting and integration partners.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with our alliances, sales, and marketing teams to identify high-potential partners, create joint go-to-market momentum, and help partners successfully position Coveo’s AI-powered solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship building, business development, and delivering measurable commercial results.<br><br>Please note that this is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of becoming a permanent. </p>
<h4><strong>As one of our Partner Managers, you will</strong>:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Own the generation of partner-sourced pipeline within your assigned territory and partner portfolio.</li>
<li>Identify, develop, and grow relationships with high-potential system integrator (SI) and global system integrator (GSI) partners.</li>
<li>Drive qualified opportunities from identification through sales engagement and progression, partnering closely with Coveo Account Executives.</li>
<li>Work with partners to uncover new business opportunities, accelerate pipeline creation, and contribute to revenue growth.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams on partner campaigns, enablement initiatives, webinars, and events that generate demand and partner engagement.</li>
<li>Support partner onboarding, training, and certification efforts to strengthen partner capabilities and long-term success with Coveo’s solutions.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Here is what will qualify you for the role</strong>:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Around 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or alliance management within an enterprise software or technology environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline, revenue, or business development targets.</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external audiences.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>What will make you stand out</strong>:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience collaborating with system integrators (SIs), digital agencies, or technology partners.</li>
<li>Familiarity with enterprise software, artificial intelligence (AI), digital experience, or commerce solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to confidently present ideas to partners, customers, and larger audiences.</li>
<li>Curious, proactive approach with strong business acumen, attention to detail, and follow-through.</li>
