Who you are

We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our Partnerships team. You're a relationship builder with a commercial mindset — someone who knows how to turn a good partner relationship into real business impact. You thrive with autonomy, take initiative, and are energised by working across a diverse global partner portfolio of integrations, resellers, and solution partners.

What you'll do

  • Own and develop relationships with integration partners, resellers, and solution partners across global markets

  • Onboard and enable new partners, setting them up to drive pipeline and revenue for Oneflow

  • Identify and act on growth opportunities within the existing partner portfolio

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to run co-selling and co-marketing initiatives

Skills and requirements

  • Experience managing B2B partnerships — integrations, resellers, or solution partners

  • A commercial mindset with a track record of driving partner-sourced pipeline or revenue

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable working in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or B2B sales

The recruitment process begins with an interview with Aleksandra from Talent Acquisition. Next, you will complete a personality and logic test, followed by a meeting with the Hiring Manager. The next steps include an assignment, a case interview, and a final interview (Grandparent interview). As the last step, we conduct reference checks and a background check.
