<p>As a <strong>Partner Manager, India </strong>based in Gurgaon, you will be a key driver of Teads' growth in the Indian digital media market. This is a highly commercial, business development-oriented role rather than a deeply technical account management position.</p>
<p>While you will coordinate with technical teams to oversee integration setups, your main focus will be on the front-end supply side: identifying, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding premium digital publishers, as well as strategically expanding revenue with existing partners. You will act as a consultative growth partner, helping premium publishers leverage Teads’ AI-driven monetization suites to maximize their yield and achieve their strategic goals.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Publisher Acquisition & BD (Primary Focus): Actively identify, prospect, pitch, and close high-value partnerships with premium digital publishers and media houses in India to expand Teads' inventory and market footprint.</li>
<li>Commercial Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, renewal terms, and partnership extensions, securing optimal financial and operational terms for Teads.</li>
<li>Strategic Partner Management: Manage post-contract executive relationships. Run structured business reviews (QBRs) and client sessions to understand their business priorities, site layouts, and growth roadmaps.</li>
<li>Revenue Optimization & Upselling: Continuously analyze publisher performance trends to uncover actionable insights. Proactively pitch and upsell new products, including high-impact display, native formats, outstream video, and Connected TV (CTV) solutions.</li>
<li>High-Level Integration Coordination: Oversee the onboarding and integration pipeline for your publisher portfolio, working closely with local and global Technical Solutions and Product teams who handle the deep-dive technical setups.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Demand Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to align supply capabilities with market demands and deliver tailored regional publisher strategies.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You'll Need to Be Successful</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Commercial Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused partner management within digital advertising, digital publishing, ad tech, or a related sector.</li>
<li>Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, ad-tech monetization models, digital video, and the broader media landscape in India.</li>
<li>BD Mindset: A track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing business-to-business agreements with external partners.</li>
<li>Communication Excellence: Outgoing, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills, with comfort presenting complex monetization ideas and business reviews (QBRs) to C-level publisher executives.</li>
<li>Analytical Ability: Strong skills in assessing performance metrics (e.g., CPMs, fill rates, RPMs) and transforming raw data into clear, client-ready insights (Excel/pivot tables are your friend).</li>
<li>Work Style: An entrepreneurial spirit, high independence, and a collaborative team player mentality.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Established Network: Existing direct relationships with decision-makers at premium digital publishers in India.</li>
<li>Technical Familiarity: High-level familiarity with ad-serving technology, SSP/DSP mechanics, header bidding, or SDK integrations (even though technical experts support you).</li>
