<ul>
<li>Support APAC Partner Management with alignment to global vendor and distributor relationships.</li>
<li>Assist in achieving commercial agreements, rebates, incentives, and partner program benefits.</li>
<li>Manage vendor portals, registrations, compliance training, and partner status requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate QBR preparation, POS reporting, rebate submissions, and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage vendor/supplier agreements, data repositories, and documentation.</li>
<li>Work closely with Finance, Order Management, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.</li>
<li>Support<strong> </strong>vendor onboarding, sustainability initiatives, and global event sponsorships.</li>
<li>Help<strong> </strong>streamline Partner Management processes across the business.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in partner/vendor management, operations, or channel support roles.</li>
<li>Strong coordination skills across vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing commercial agreements, rebates, POS data, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Strong data management, documentation, and organisational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to negotiate high‑value commercial or revenue‑impacting agreements.</li>
<li>Ability to work cross‑functionally and contribute effectively at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Comfortable working across regions and countries, including the ability to travel when required.</li>
<li>Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a process‑improvement mindset.</li>
