About the role
<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide technical and functional support for the Partner Portal and PRM backend, including configuration, user assistance, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements from Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams into technical specifications for IT/Development teams.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (CRM, Marketing, Channel Sales, Analytics, etc.) to deliver system improvements and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Support Channel Operations activities such as Cloud Marketplace performance tracking and SKU optimization.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing user documentation and supporting change management for partners.</li>
</ul>
<p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or partner/channel roles</li>
<li>Experience working with CRM, PRM, or similar business platforms is a strong advantage.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook).</li>
<li>Understanding partner business models is preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to work across cultures, time zones.</li>
<li>Proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a globally distributed team</li>
</ul>
<p>NICE TO HAVE:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with CRM Dynamics, Power BI, or partner ecosystem tools.</li>
<li>Background in IT, business analysis, or program management.</li>
</ul>
