You will work closely with partners to drive retention, </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW146719321 BCX0">identify</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW146719321 BCX0"> expansion opportunities, and ensure a seamless renewal experience. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of channel and strategic partners, ensuring on-time renewal and minimising churn.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and maintain strong relationships with partner account managers and decision-makers to understand their business needs and renewal priorities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Track and forecast renewal pipelines accurately, providing regular updates to leadership on renewal health and risk.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify at-risk renewals early and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with Partner Success and Sales teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Negotiate renewal terms, including multi-year agreements, price uplifts, and contract amendments in line with company policy.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner Operations to resolve renewal blockers and streamline processes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Analyse partner usage data and engagement signals to inform renewal conversations and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities, outcomes, and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to the development of partner renewal playbooks, processes, and best practices.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Experience/Skills </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">3–5 years of experience in partner renewals, channel sales, or a similar SaaS renewal or account management role.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets and managing complex renewal negotiations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of channel and partner business models, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage pipeline and renewal forecasting.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of a partner organisation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Highly organised with the ability to manage a large book of business across multiple partner segments simultaneously.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
