Truvio is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Partner Sales Executive – Business Central to accelerate growth across the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region, with a primary focus on Australia and New Zealand.
This is a strategic, partner-first sales role responsible for driving revenue growth within the mid-market segment through Truvio's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central portfolio. Working closely with Microsoft partners and the broader APJ go-to-market team, you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding value within our existing customer base.
As an individual contributor, you will own your territory strategy, pipeline, partner relationships, and revenue performance, while collaborating across sales, marketing, customer success, and consulting teams to deliver exceptional business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Territory Planning & Market Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Central growth strategy across APJ, prioritising key markets and opportunities.
Collaborate with the Managing Director – APJ to define annual and quarterly territory plans.
Strengthen relationships with existing strategic co-sell partners and enhance joint go-to-market initiatives.
Identify and target high-value "must-win" accounts through strategic outreach programs.
Partner with Customer Success and Business Central Consulting teams to drive expansion opportunities within the installed customer base.
Establish clear objectives, responsibilities, and success metrics across stakeholders.
Develop competitive sales strategies to increase market share and win against competitors.
Partner Relationship Management
Build trusted executive-level relationships with Microsoft partners and their sales and service teams.
Work closely with key partners to define mutual success plans and scalable collaboration models.
Collaborate with the APJ Marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and demand generation activities.
Promote partner advocacy and alignment throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Execution
Own and achieve annual and quarterly ARR targets.
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline through partner-led and direct sales initiatives.
Lead joint sales engagements with partners to acquire new customers and drive cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Drive opportunities from lead generation through contract negotiation and close.

What Success Looks Like
You will drive scalable revenue growth by leveraging Truvio's partner ecosystem, creating a predictable pipeline, winning new business, and fostering long-term partner success. While you will be part of the broader APJ go-to-market organisation, you will operate with full ownership and accountability for sales performance across your territory.
What You'll Bring
Experience
5+ years of experience in software sales, channel sales, or partner sales.
Proven success working through partner ecosystems to generate and close business.
Experience selling Microsoft solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Skills
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and territory planning abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with HubSpot and Gong is advantageous.
