You will be responsible for driving strong partner retention, adapting our global approach to the French market, and building a sustainable partner network from the ground up.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, support and grow new partnerships across the region, and contribute directly to our long-term success in France.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a<strong> hybrid</strong> role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain long-term relationships with our first French fitness partners, working closely with decision-makers to ensure strong engagement within the Wellhub ecosystem, with a strong focus on retention during this early stage.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage onboarding and ongoing support via Zendesk, acting as the main point of contact for partners using our platform for the first time.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactively review and renegotiate commercial and non-commercial conditions with partners, contributing to the long-term sustainability and profitability of the network.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with Customer Experience and Finance teams to resolve local issues and booking friction, ensuring a smooth experience for both partners and users.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify at-risk partners early and implement creative strategies to improve retention, supporting a strong retention rate across our first wave of partners.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as a key source of market feedback, helping adapt support workflows and FAQs to the needs of French gym owners and local market specifics</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to regional projects to improve commercial tools and partner conditions, supporting contract renewals and ongoing optimization as the network scales.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent our mission in your day-to-day work, encouraging partners to prioritize wellbeing and creating a positive, professional experience aligned with Wellhub’s core values.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have 1+ year of experience in user-facing or partner-facing roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Support.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are comfortable managing a high volume of calls and video interactions, and enjoy staying close to partners.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are able to handle challenging conversations around contract terms and turn them into constructive outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are motivated by targets and take pride in maintaining strong retention and partner satisfaction.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are familiar with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel (a plus).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are passionate about networking and building meaningful professional relationships.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
