About the role

<p><strong>Role Objective</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Partner Development Manager - Chinese Speaker at AppsFlyer, you will act as the strategic liaison between AppsFlyer and our most influential media and technology partners, such as Meta, Google, TikTok and more.&nbsp; You will develop and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual business growth and innovation.&nbsp; This role requires a highly independent operator with exceptional relationship and communication skills, cross-cultural fluency, and the ability to align global stakeholders around shared goals.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build deep understanding of each partner's business, challenges and opportunities.</li> <li>Map and manage key stakeholders across partner organizations, navigating towards shared goals&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and execute partnership strategies with our top partners.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage multiple partner relationships with strong planning and prioritization discipline&nbsp;</li> <li>Represent AppsFlyer at industry events and lead GTM initiatives including co-marketing, product adoption and thought leadership</li> <li>Identify and actualize collaboration opportunities including joint marketing campaigns, shared research, go-to-market programs</li> <li>Ensure strong internal alignment and communication to ensure regional&nbsp; buy-in for executing partnership initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Attributes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all stakeholder levels - from operational to leadership - within partner organizations across SEAPAC &amp; GCR markets</li> <li>Multilingual communication: must operate fluently in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) - written and spoken - across partner meetings, executive business reviews and external-facing content</li> <li>Eloquent presentation skill; must be well versed in presenting both business and technical topics to partner stakeholders and in public forums.</li> <li>Business Acumen: Strategic thinker who understand the APAC competitive landscape and can navigate independently&nbsp;</li> <li>Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve partnership friction before it escalates</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) &amp; English.</li> <li>5+ years in Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, or Business Development within the tech industry.</li> <li>Proven experience managing strategic partnerships across APAC markets, with a strong understanding of the region's diverse business landscapes, culture, and stakeholder dynamics.</li> <li>Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is a strict requirement for this role</li> <li>Product knowledge of mobile advertising and MMPs is a strong advantage</li> <li>Experience working with global partners, and internal global and cross-regional teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus</strong> <strong>Points</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Referred by AppsFlyer employee</li> <li>Product knowledge of mobile advertising or MMP</li> <li>Additional Asian fluency (Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, etc)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Gain</strong></p> <p>You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of AppsFlyer's partner ecosystem across one of the world's most dynamic regions.&nbsp; Your work will directly influence product adoption, market expansion, and long-term growth - operating at the intersection of innovation, partnership, and business strategy.</p>
