Partnerships Intern (Korean Speaker)

<p><strong>Purpose of Position<br><br></strong></p> <p>This is a 6-month onsite internship. The successful candidate will be a part of the Korea team standing as one of the fastest growing markets to strengthen voice and expand market share.</p> <p><strong>We are looking for a learning-addicted, well-organized and detail-minded Intern</strong>&nbsp;to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion in maximizing his/ her own learning outcomes during the internship. He/ She will be focusing on market research (Marketing angle of our Colab products and trends) and&nbsp;Design ideas/ reference of the collection.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Job Description</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Participate in ideation, planning, and execution of design projects for marketing campaigns, focusing on branded/performance initiatives.</li> <li>Create visually appealing marketing materials using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, ensuring consistent brand identity and aesthetics.</li> <li>Collaborate with the team to develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, web, and other marketing channels.</li> <li>Conduct design research, gather inspiration, and stay updated on the latest design trends in the industry.</li> <li>Assist in the production of multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive elements.</li> <li>Support the team in maintaining and updating the company's visual assets, ensuring high-quality and consistent design standards.</li> <li>Assist in managing the visual aspects of the company's social media platforms, ensuring cohesive and visually appealing content.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design deliverables align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.</li> <li>Other ad-hoc design projects and tasks as assigned.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Requirement</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Year 1 to Final year university students and those with less than 3 years of experience, preferably with a fashion, design, or business administration background.</li> <li>Marketing, Fashion, Design, or Business Administration major is preferred, and anyone eager to learn more about communications &amp; marketing.</li> <li>Proficient in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.</li> <li>Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual aesthetics.</li> <li>Fluent in Korean and&nbsp;English with excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Inspired, self-initiated, fast learner, and detail-oriented.</li> </ul>
